Fresh Socks

Nothing says clean like a fresh start. Turning a new leaf over. Returning from Christmas Break. This is a new start. More responsibilities mean less freedom. That is a sacrifice that is high and I am willing to make it.

  1. Relationships - Awesome to get things straightened out and ready to progress in many deep friendships. Fellowship with my friends and the students I lead is key to my relational fresh start. I want to focus on many, not one, as I have the tendency for. Going against the grain is what I tend to do best. It just takes a push sometimes. And a lot of help from God.
  2. Leadership - I am at the point where I want to USE what I have been learning in all my classes. I am excited and waiting with anticipation to see how God will be using me this semester in various places. Most of all, I can't wait to start helping lead discussions and building relationships with the youth group at LGBC. I am so PUMPED about this semester!
  3. Campus life is starting back up this week. Yeah! I am ready to get back into the mix with my fellow teammates (amazing brothers and sisters!) and the coolest group of middle schoolers I know (Edgewood!!!)!
No doubt, I am ready for a change. With classes about prayer and bible studying, I am expecting to learn a huge amount about life, love, and God. This will be my finest semester yet!
